We loved staying at Phillips place! It was comfortable and just as described. We loved the hot tub and the beds were comfortable! My 5 kids had plenty of space and our group of 9 loved the amenities. The kitchen appliances are a huge bonus especially the hot water pot and the electric frying pan. It had everything we could have needed. We would love to stay here again!

2nd time staying here. Great location on golf course and close to trails.
Host was responsive, flexible, and accommodating. Very comfortable home. Plenty of space for 9 of us. Clean and cozy Christmas getaway.

This home was exactly as described. It was easy to find, clean and the location was great. All the appliances worked fine. Host was amazing to work with. He provided great recommendations for things to do in the area and went out of his way to check the house for items my son had left behind and quickly shipped us the items he was able to locate. High Mountain Adventures was a great company to work with as well, reasonably priced and the staff was very friendly. We would 100% consider staying at this location again if we ever made it back towards this area.
